Patient acquisition and marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your practice, market, and clinical capacity. We do not guarantee specific patient volumes, revenue, or return on ad spend. Any examples or case studies are illustrative, not promises of future results.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your practice, to respond to communications in a timely manner, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations — including those governing healthcare marketing and patient privacy.
5. Intellectual property
All content, systems, and materials provided by LaunchOD remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our materials without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchOD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
